How does the Heart Health Score work?
It combines Apple Health signals (e.g., resting heart rate, HRV, VO₂ max if available, activity, and sleep consistency) into one number you can track over time.
Can I track blood biomarkers?
Yes. You can log lab results manually and trend them over time. Prio Health helps you understand typical reference ranges and patterns.
Where do your biomarker ranges come from?
We use widely accepted clinical reference ranges and, where possible, age/sex-aware ranges. Ranges are for education, not diagnosis.
